Private lessons are a great option for owners who want to work directly with their dog and trainer together throughout the training process. Sessions can take place in your home or in public settings, depending on your dog’s needs and training goals.

These lessons allow me to focus on specific behaviors while also helping owners develop the skills needed to communicate clearly and confidently with their dog in everyday life.

Private lessons can address a wide range of training goals, including:

• Jumping on guests
• Pulling on leash
• Threshold manners (doorways, gates, exiting vehicles)
• Recall and engagement
• Basic obedience skills
• Impulse control
• Confidence building in new environments
• Polite behavior in public settings

Private lessons are ideal for owners who prefer to learn alongside their dog from the beginning and work on training skills gradually within their own routines and environment.

While my Board & Train programs allow me to build a strong training foundation for your dog, private lessons allow owners to be present for each step of the process, creating a collaborative and hands-on learning experience.

Lessons can be scheduled individually or purchased as a package, depending on your goals.
